God Says: “Rest.”

A word from the Lord given on February 5th, 2025 at 10:19pm

“Find my rest. Don’t take the first directive and run with it, forgetting to listen for the rest of the instructions. Continue to listen intently with expectancy. Remember that just as I gave you the first step, I will give you the rest. Think about Esther – just as I led her to victory beyond victory, the ULTIMATE victory, I will do so for you. Pray and fast when you are uncertain. Lay your concerns and uncertainty at my feet. I would not give you step 1 just to withhold steps 2 through 100, nor would I give you a vision of the future without guiding you through how to get there. I will never leave you nor forsake you. You have come so far in your trusting of me, please do not let that go. Never forget that you are an unfinished work that is finished and perfected in me and me alone. The benefits – the accolades, the money, the degrees – mean nothing by themselves if they are not intertwined with a deep yearning for serving my purposes. You are loved, you are victorious, and you are my child.”

Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future. 

Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths.

Psalm 32:8 - I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.
